Let RECP help you find new agents by enrolling in our VIP Program. RECP students have been educated by veteran instructors and have extremely high pass rates on the state exam. RECP has spent more than 40 years training and preparing students for a career in real estate. Interested brokers can access frequently updated lists of uncommitted RECP students. This recruiting tool is available to brokers for an annual fee.
