MLO Pre-License Classes

In partnership with the Association of Mortgage Educators, RECP offers online SAFE mortgage loan originator (MLO) pre-licensing classes. This 20-hour course is approved by the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).

Courses have specific start- and end-dates but no scheduled activities, so you can login and complete lessons on your own time. Your instructor is available to provide assistance, and you’ll also have access to your peers through discussion forums and other activities.

Get ready for the National Loan Originator Test with our online Exam Prep course. This course, brought to you by RECP in partnership with the Association of Mortgage Educators, includes clear, succinct discussions on test topics such as:
