Become a Real Estate Broker

Licensed Indiana real estate salespersons must upgrade their license to broker status by July 1, 2014. This can be completed in three easy steps:


1.Enroll today in RECP's 24-hour broker transition course.


2.Complete the course and pass the state exam administered at the end of the course.


3.Apply to the State of Indiana for a broker license.



RECP's 24-hour broker transition course is available both in-person and OnDemand (online) format. The OnDemand course is timed and will take 24 hours to complete. It includes narrative, video and audio. Students must attend 100% of the in-person 24-hour broker course. There are no exceptions to this policy. Price of $185 includes tuition, textbook and state exam.
